普納斯一(yi)直(zhi)堅持嚴謹的制(zhi)作工藝(yi)和檢驗(yan)流程,自(zi)有完善(shan)的電池檢測(ce)(ce)(ce)設(she)備實驗(yan)室,針對原材料檢測(ce)(ce)(ce)、工藝(yi)制(zhi)程檢測(ce)(ce)(ce),以(yi)及成品安規檢測(ce)(ce)(ce),實驗(yan)包括過(guo)充過(guo)放測(ce)(ce)(ce)試,跌落(luo)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試,重物沖擊測(ce)(ce)(ce)試,擠壓測(ce)(ce)(ce)試,低氣壓測(ce)(ce)(ce)試,燃燒測(ce)(ce)(ce)試,熱沖擊測(ce)(ce)(ce)試,短路測(ce)(ce)(ce)試,層層把關只為打(da)造出(chu)品質安全(quan)芯(xin)。
以下就簡單介紹一下幾種測試:
1、過(guo)充(chong)(chong)測試:將鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)(dian),在按照3C過(guo)充(chong)(chong)進行過(guo)充(chong)(chong)試驗,當電(dian)(dian)(dian)池過(guo)充(chong)(chong)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓上升到一(yi)(yi)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi)穩定一(yi)(yi)段時(shi)間,接近一(yi)(yi)定時(shi)間時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓快速上升,當上升至一(yi)(yi)定限度(du)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池高帽拉斷,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓跌至0V,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池沒(mei)有起火、爆(bao)炸即可。
2、過(guo)放(fang)測試:將電池放(fang)電至遠低(di)于額定電壓,觀察其是否產(chan)生過(guo)熱、冒煙或發生其他異常情況。
3、跌落測試(shi):將裝(zhuang)有(you)鋰離(li)子電池的(de)包(bao)裝(zhuang)箱從(cong)1.2米高處沿三個不(bu)同軸向(xiang)的(de)面和(he)對角線方(fang)向(xiang)自由落向(xiang)水泥(ni)地面,看是否每一個包(bao)裝(zhuang)件(jian)(jian)均能承(cheng)受在(zai)任一方(fang)位(wei)的(de)1.2米跌落測試(shi)。判(pan)定標準為:沒有(you)損壞包(bao)裝(zhuang)件(jian)(jian)內的(de)電池或電芯,并且沒有(you)改變其中電池的(de)位(wei)置以至(zhi)電池互相接觸,無(wu)(wu)滲(shen)漏、無(wu)(wu)泄氣、無(wu)(wu)解體(ti)、無(wu)(wu)破裂(lie)和(he)無(wu)(wu)著火,無(wu)(wu)內部(bu)物質外(wai)泄。
4、重(zhong)物(wu)沖(chong)擊(ji)(ji)測試(shi):固定在(zai)沖(chong)擊(ji)(ji)臺上,進行半正弦脈(mo)沖(chong)沖(chong)擊(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗。在(zai)初始(shi)3秒內,最小平均加(jia)速度(du)為75g,峰值加(jia)速度(du)為150±25g,脈(mo)沖(chong)持續(xu)時(shi)間為6±1ms。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)池的軸向和徑向方向各進行三次實驗。判定標準為電(dian)(dian)池不起火,不爆炸、不漏(lou)液。
6、針刺測(ce)試:將充滿電的電池(chi)放(fang)在一個平面(mian)上,用直(zhi)徑3mm的鋼(gang)針沿徑向將電池(chi)刺穿。
8、燃(ran)燒測試(shi):在測試(shi)過(guo)程中(zhong),將鋰電池置于灼熱絲下(xia)方,逐漸(jian)加熱到(dao)特(te)定(ding)的(de)溫(wen)度并(bing)持續一定(ding)的(de)時間。觀察鋰電池是否會產生(sheng)燃(ran)燒或爆炸(zha)現(xian)象。
9、熱(re)沖擊(ji)測試:將電池(chi)在高溫下加熱(re)到(dao)一定(ding)溫度并保持(chi)一定(ding)時間,然(ran)后快速冷卻。測試過(guo)程中,電池(chi)應不起火、不爆炸才算(suan)合格。
10、短路(lu)測試:將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻不大于50m的導(dao)線將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)正(zheng)負極短路(lu),測試電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的表面溫(wen)度變(bian)化,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)表面最高溫(wen)度為140℃,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)蓋帽拉(la)開,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)不起火(huo)、不爆(bao)炸。
